BUILDING Vanina Style
Photorealistic 3D animation of a modern residential building located in the seaside town of Pomorie. Through smooth camera movement and carefully selected points of view, the viewer is immersed in the atmosphere of the future architectural object - from the exterior to key interior spaces. Suitable for presentations to investors, property sales campaigns.
NEOLITHIC DWELLING
Animated 3D model of a Neolithic dwelling from before the 6th millennium BC. The Neolithic Dwellings Museum in Stara Zagora restores with scientific precision some of the oldest preserved homes in Europe. Through carefully modeled architectural elements – clay walls, wooden structures, a roof made of plant materials – and realistic lighting simulation. Based on archaeological data.
Puppet Theatre
Puppet Theatre is a short but impactful 3D animation created as part of the Summer of Unreal 2022 training program, organized by INCAS Training in partnership with Epic Games. The project is part of the "15 Second Animation Challenge", which aims to showcase the creative potential of participants through short but technically complete animations.

Creating 3D animations is a process that combines technical skills and creative imagination to bring digital objects, environments, and characters to life through movement, light, and emotion, transforming static models into dynamic visual stories that engage, explain, or inspire audiences, transforming abstract ideas and architectural concepts into living, impactful scenes capable of evoking emotion, understanding, and visual admiration.
CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
3D animations
○ 1 Script and storyboard
The story, dialogues and actions are determined. The scenes are laid out – frame by frame, with movement and camera instructions.
○ 4 Rigging and animation
Movements are set through keyframes, motion capture, or simulations.
○ 2 3D modeling
Characters, objects, and environments are created in a three-dimensional form that allows for animation.
○ 5 Camera and lighting
Virtual cameras are set up: angles, focus, movement. Lighting creates an atmosphere – day, night, dramatic.
○ 3 Texturing and materials
Textures, colors, and surface properties (gloss, transparency, roughness) are added.
○ 6 Rendering and post-production
The final frames or video are generated through rendering. Effects, color correction, sound, and music are added.
